Customer Review: Very consistent hearing protection

These are not the least expensive foam ear plugs around, so if you are looking to save the most money, go elsewhere.
HOWEVER, these 29 dB-rated ear plugs are comfortable, consistent, and fit a wide variety of people. If you are responsible for making sure people are wearing them, the bright yellow color helps with visibility. The packaging is recyclable and, being paper, is "temporarily reusable" (easy to store and put in your pocket to be used later).
I've looked for, and used, less expensive models. One of my problems with these other models is their inconsistency. Foam ear plugs are not supposed to fall out of your ears! They are supposed to provide a consistent level of protection. And, if you are moving in and out of a noisy area (and are not using plugs with an attached cord), these less expensive plugs collect lint and dust that make them less desirable to stick back in your ear.
So I started off with the EAR 310, tried other brands, and have come back to the 310. It's become the standard by which I judge other brands. And I am always amazed at how well it fits smaller people as well as those big folk out there.
